getlineNumber - always return 0.

I built a small source tree parser, and I tried to get the line number for the class and method, both return 0 all the time.
attached is my java program, so it will be very easy to reproduce, the input for the program is java file name, the output of the program is a name of file, name of class and names of functions with line numbers.

any call to getLineNumber - returns 0.
