[QDOX-11] Add support for ${property} in tags - jira.codehaus.org

Details

If a tag contains one or more properties in velocity/ant syntax $

{plink.plonk}

, they should be substituted with the value from a Map.

When QDox is invoked via Ant, this map should be populated with the project properties.

There is support for this in XJavaDoc, and the code is inspired from Ant. Easy to add.
